“A thing of beauty is a joy forever”.

My moment of inspiration for a new working venture struck when the immortal lines of Keats popped into my head, 

Was there a way to create some joy, and some meaningful work, from my own love of things?

I'm drawn to trinkets and sparkles, to glows and twinkles, to colour and pattern and maximalism, but also to the simple things, like bluebells and the first buds of spring foliage, and a great cup of coffee.

I suppose I’m a magpie. I have a very scattergun approach. I cannot define a style that is mine, and I don’t want to. I have a quite visceral attraction to certain things, which too often incites me to buy; and I certainly take a strong dislike to particular things (or people, or songs!)

Let’s see if things of beauty, can be “a thing” that people are interested to read about. I'll link to the little treats I'm drawn to - principally from small companies, and always from people seeking to be as sustainable and responsible as possible.
